MOONRISE PRIVACY POLICY
Welcome to this Mood Doculators site, operated by Moonrise Group, Inc. on behalf of the band. Moonrise Group, Inc. ("Moonrise") is concerned about your privacy and wants you to be familiar with how it collects, uses and shares your information. Moonrise collects this information when you access a Moonrise ticketing site (the "Site") and when you make a purchase. Some of this information is collected automatically and some is collected only when you provide it voluntarily.
WHAT TYPES OF INFORMATION DOES MOONRISE COLLECT FROM ME?
Personally Identifiable Information. Personally identifiable information is information that identifies you as an individual, such as your name, mailing and billing address, phone number, email address, login ID, and password ("Personally Identifiable Information"). When you make a purchase, Moonrise collects Personally Identifiable Information from you. Moonrise also may collect Personally Identifiable Information that you send us if you communicate with Moonrise.

HOW DOES MOONRISE AUTOMATICALLY COLLECT INFORMATION?

Moonrise's cookies do contain Personally Identifiable Information, specifically your Login ID and your email address. Moonrise uses cookies to allow you to use the shopping cart and online ticketing features of the Site.
IP Address. An IP address is a number that is assigned to your computer automatically when you use the Internet. Moonrise may log your IP address when you use the Site. Moonrise uses your IP address to administer the Site and to track your use of the Site.
HOW DOES MOONRISE USE THE INFORMATION?
Personally Identifiable Information. Moonrise uses your Personally Identifiable Information to process and fulfill your purchases and to provide you with information that you request. Moonrise may also use your Personally Identifiable Information to notify you of additional information about, or changes to, the event for which you have purchased tickets.
Aggregate Information. Moonrise collects and analyzes your usage information and that of others, so that Moonrise can improve the Site. This "Aggregate Information" does not contain any of your Personally Identifiable Information.
WHO DOES MOONRISE SHARE INFORMATION WITH?
Aggregate Information. Moonrise shares Aggregate Information with potential partners, advertisers, investors and other interested third parties in connection with the marketing of Moonrise's products and services. However, Aggregate Information does not include any of your Personally Identifiable Information.
Event Organizers. Moonrise shares your Personally Identifiable Information with the organizer of the event for which you have purchased tickets, who may contact you directly or share your information with third parties. You should be aware that the event organizers or third parties may send you unsolicited messages, offers or inquiries.
Other Disclosure. Moonrise may also disclose your Personally Identifiable Information if it determines that an applicable law, regulation or legal process requires it, or if Moonrise determines that it needs to share such information to protect or enforce Moonrise's rights or the rights of another user.
WHAT ELSE SHOULD I KNOW ABOUT PRIVACY?
Security. We maintain security measures in place in order to attempt to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of the Personally Identifiable Information under our control. Please be advised, however, that the Internet and other various networking communication media are not entirely secure, and your information may therefore be subject to interception or loss which is beyond our control. Accordingly, Moonrise assumes no responsibility or liability for disclosure of your information (personally identifiable or otherwise) due to errors in transmission, unauthorized third-party access or other causes beyond Moonrise's reasonable control.
Third Parties. Moonrise does not control the privacy policies of its event organizers or third parties that have Web sites linked to the Site. If you click on an advertisement or link, the privacy policies of the Web site that you link to will govern the use of your information by that Web site's operator. Moonrise assumes no responsibility or liability for the actions of such third parties with respect to their use of your information or otherwise. Accordingly, make sure you are aware of and comfortable with the privacy policies of any third-party Web sites you link to.
ACCEPTANCE OF PRIVACY POLICY
When you use the Site, you are accepting the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy, and Moonrise will have the right to use your information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to have your information used in any of the ways described in this Privacy Policy, you must discontinue use of the Site.
